Reston Storefront Museum of Suburban History is located at Lake Anne Village Center in the heart of Reston, Virginia

W-F 12-5

*Weather permitting, drop-in childrens' art workshop 10-noon Saturdays

Special operating times will be posted here, otherwise Regular Hours observed.

Special Seasonal Hours:
In addition to Regular Hours, the Museum will open Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. during the summer!


Getting Here:

Directions to Lake Anne Village Center: From the Dulles Toll Road, take Exit 12 to Reston Parkway north – past Reston Town Center on the left – and continue to Baron Cameron Avenue. Turn right. At the next light, turn right on Village Road. At the stop sign, turn left on North Shore, then make an immediate right into the Lake Anne Village Center parking area. Walk toward the lake to the plaza. Reston Community Center is on the left, opposite the bank. Reston Museum is farther along, next to the pharmacy.

By bus take RIBS bus #1 or #3 to Lake Anne Village Center.

There is plent of free parking available.

Admission:

The Reston Storefront Museum is operated by volunteers. Admission is free to exhibits, museum shop and community information center. Museum membership entitles you to discounts in our shop. While most programs and activities are free, we welcome and appreciate cash donations.
