Here comes the parade! At noon on April 18th, the Reston Historic Trust & Museum will host its inaugural Founder’s Day Float Parade at Lake Anne Plaza to celebrate life in Reston.

We invite everyone to create a small, mobile float inspired by the theme “Reston: Past, Present, Future” and then march in the Founder’s Day opening ceremony. Participants are encouraged to use their imaginations to visualize the theme when creating a float, and also use recycled or reused materials.

There is no entry fee, but everyone participating must register. Click here or the "Register Now" button above. Please read all of the guidelines before registering.
